MAMMA MIA! HERE WE GO AGAIN….
Mamma Mia the stage musical premiered on 6th April 1999 at the Prince Edward Theatre, London. it is currently the fifth longest running show in West End history and the third longest-running musical. A BAFTA award winning film followed in 2008 starring Meryl Streep, Julie Walter’s and Colin Firth.
This fun, feel good jukebox musical was written by British playwright Catherine Johnson, and features some fabulous songs by the Swedish pop group ABBA composed by group members Benny Anderson and Bjorn Ulvaeus.
Join the Let's Sing Pop-Up Choir as we spend the day singing highlights from the show, including Waterloo, Dancing Queen, I Have A Dream, Take A Chance On Me, SOS, and of course, Mamma Mia!
🟣 Open to all adults who simply love to sing.
🟣 All songs are taught and sung with simple but effective harmonies.
🟣 No previous choir experience or music reading skills required.
The day will be led by choir leader and founder, Jane Bibb who keeps the sessions friendly and fun.
