Oliver is back!
This fabulous show is back in London's West End, 65 years after it first premiered at the Noel Coward Theatre, St Martin's Lane on 30th June 1960. Since then it's had 4 West End revivals, a 2 year UK tour, and in 1968 was adapted into an academy award winning film, with a massive box office run.
And it's no surprise really, with a story based on Charles Dicken's novel Oliver Twist, together with the songwriting mastery of Lionel Bart, it was bound to be a winner. Taking the audience through a gamut of emotions - from the positive cheerfulness of Consider Yourself and Oom Pah Pah to the heartbreak of As Long As He Needs Me and Where Is Love? Every song is a show stopper!
Join the Let's Sing Pop-Up Choir as we spend the day singing well known highlights from the show.
🟣 Open to all adults who simply love to sing.
🟣 All songs are taught and sung with simple but effective harmonies.
🟣 No previous choir experience or music reading skills required.
The day will be led by choir leader and founder, Jane Bibb who keeps the sessions friendly and fun.
